It seems that BSkyB has been cleared of allegations that it overcharged Rapture for EPG listings on Sky Digital. Ofcom, the broadcasting regulator has published a draft decision today according to MediaGuardian stating that Sky's charges had been "fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory".
Youth entertainment channel Rapture TV, which broadcasts on EPG 193, claimed Sky had breached its regulatory obligations by charging excessive charges for EPG listings on Sky Digital.
Rapture said its £76,800 EPG bill was "unduly high" given that its annual turnover was under £150,000.
Rapture submitted an official complaint to Ofcom last September.
Following the draft decision today, Ofcom is inviting responses by the end of next week.
