See, Speak and Surf with Sky

BSkyb's new marketing campaignBSkyB has launched a new campaign that brings together its television, telephone and broadband services for the first time.

The See, Speak, Surf package costs £26 a month plus BT line rental and comes ahead of cable operator NTL's relaunch next month as Virgin Media.

The deal gives users an 8mb broadband service and free evening and weekend UK landline calls for £26 a month, plus an £11 line rental charge. There is also a £20 set-up fee for installation and a broadband modem.

James Murdoch, Sky's CEO said: "This is not an offer, this is not a deal. We have enough velocity in our build-out to offer this today."

After a swift expansion, Sky is able to reach 50% of the population with its broadband service, expanding to 70% by the end of the year.
