Hallmark plans to launch second channel

Hallmark is set to launch a second UK channel early next year according to Broadcast magazine. The owner of Hallmark, David Elstein hinted last week at the Broadcast Digital Channel Conference, that single channels would find it hard to survive in the digital world. It is not clear yet as to what the channel will show. | |
