The UK Office of Fair Trading (OFT) has delayed announcing its findings on the acquisition of Club Asia by the Litt Corporation.
In September, we revealed that Litt Corporation were being investigated by the OFT over concerns that they would hold a complete monopoly of the Asian London analogue radio market.
The OFT are seeking comments from "knowledgeable people in radio" and the public on the acquisition.
The OFT were first expected to publish a report on its findings on 15th December 2009 and then was delayed till the 21st of December but have now indicated a decision in early January 2010.
