ZEE TV UK will finally be launching Balaji Telefilms new drama 'Pavitra Rishta' next month, its been confirmed.

By the time 'Pavitra Rishta' goes live in the UK; it will be six weeks behind India's telecast. The channel was awaiting a vacant primetime slot before it launched its big property. Since 'Banoo Mein Teri Dulhann' finished last month, ZEE Next production 'Pyar Ishq Mohabbat' had temporarily taken the 21:00 slot. This will now end next month.

'Pavitra Rishta' will have the basic flavour of Mumbai and the story will focus on a middle to lower middle class Mahrashtrian family.

"The protagonist is a well-cultured, less-educated girl Archana who is past her marriageable age. Savitha Prabhune and Ajay Rohia essay the role of her parents. While the mother prays that her daughter gets a well-educated boy in her life, her father is more of the practical type. Archana has a brother, bhabhi and two younger sisters, of which one is working and the other is in college. The show will also have Swati Anand who was earlier seen in Kasamh Se. She will essay the role of Archana's Bhabhi and her character will be grey," reports India-Forum.

'Pavitra Rishta' launches on Monday 13th July at 21:00.
