Sridevi to appear on Sony TV's 'Dus Ka Dum'

Sony Entertainment Television Asia's 'Dus Ka Dum' has won a coup of sorts by convincing legendry Bollywood actress Sridevi to appear on the gameshow.

Salman Khan who presents the bi-weekly show starred with the stunning actress in two films - 'Chaand Ka Tukda' and 'Chandramukhi'. Insiders say Sridevi and filmmaker husband Boney Kapoor spent close to five hours on the sets. Though portions of the show were meant to publicise their film 'Wanted', fans are eagerly awaiting to see the chemistry between Salman and Sridevi off the silver screen.

Sridevi tends to keep away from reality TV shows but seems Salman's offer was too good to refuse. Husband Boney said, "Sri has been asked to appear on Koffee with Karan, on Vir Sanghvi’s show and has also been invited by several other prominent talk show hosts. However, she politely refused the offers because she is shy. But when it came to appearing on Salman’s show, Sri didn’t have to be persuaded. Like me, she also shares a good rapport with Salman."

The special episode will be shown on Sony TV later this month.
