Subhash Ghai opts out of STAR Plus show

Legendry filmmaker Subhash Ghai has opted out of producing a show for STAR Plus, according to TellyChakkar.

Ghai’s Mukta Arts was to jointly produce a show with writer-turned-producer Shashi Mittal. The report says that Shashi Mittal and her husband will be going solo on the project under the banner Sumit and Shashi Productions.

The show is tentatively titled as 'Sajan Ghar Jana Hai'.

A siurce from the show told TellyChakkar, "Mukta Arts is no longer co-producing the show. It will be solely produced by Shashi Mittal. The producer backed out of the project after discussing it with the channel. Though I would not want to divulge the details but it has to do with the stake and funds involved."
