Why has ZEE TV started to show other serials instead of Kasam Se, Saloni, Teen Bahuraniya, Dulhan, Betiyan and Mayka?

Does anyone know when they're gonna stop the strike cause its been three weeks now.... kinda bored of waiting... if they want to get paid more, they need to start entertaining the viewers, and if they going to have a strike for ages they going to put off viewers... really does annoy me!!
