Is Manoj Kumar taking Sony TV to court?

Legendry actor Manoj Bajpai is dragging the team of movie 'Om Shanti Om' (OSO) to court, according to Bollywood Hungama. After months of keeping quiet on the whole controversy surrounding the way he was portrayed in last year's blockbuster, Manoj seems to have raised the issue once again.

It may be recalled that Manoj Kumar was upset with the way he had been made fun of in 'OSO' and had even asked Shah Rukh and Farah Khan to delete the particular scene in which one of his look-alikes is beaten up by the cops at a movie premiere. While SRK and Farah had initially assured the veteran actor that they would do the needful, the scene still continued to be in the film. Now as 'OSO' gets all set to be telecast on Sony Entertainment Television Asia this Sunday (10th August), Manoj Kumar has decided that he has had enough.

Furious by the whole fiasco, Manoj Kumar has reportedly filed a case against Shah Rukh Khan, Farah Khan and even Sony Entertainment Television in a city civil court asking for deletion of the scene or ordering a stay on the telecast of the film on national television. The matter is expected to come up for hearing today.
