Bollywood actress and ex-'Big Brother UK' contestant Shilpa Shetty is reportedly being roped into presenting the second season of India's 'Big Brother' - 'Bigg Boss 2'.

According to The Times Of India, the next series, which will now be shown on the newly launched Colors channel, will go on the air in August.

Shilpa will replace former host Arshad Warsi and is rumoured to being paid a whopping Rs 8 crore. She is the first celeb to be finalised on the show while the participants are yet to be confirmed.

Shilpa was favourite to be a part of the Indian version of the successful reality show after her successful stint on the UK series last year amid racial discrimination.

With Colors not being available in the UK, it is not yet known, which channel the new series will broadcast on. Keep it with BizAsia.co.uk for more.
