Aapna Channel falls off air & off Sky EPG

The Kashmiri infotainment service Aapna Channel has abruptly been taken off the air and subsequently off the Sky Digital EPG. It’s not the first time the channel has suddenly fallen off the air. Last year a technical hitch resulted in the removal from the EPG too. It is unclear what has caused the problem this time around and whether it’s a permanent move. Aapna Channel had been on-air for nearly a year. It was available on EPG 817 before being taken off yesterday. BizAsia.co.uk repeatedly contacted the channel for an update but to no avail.
