NDTV Imagine has begun audio and video testing on Sky Digital confirming a UK launch is imminent.

Earlier this week, BizAsia.co.uk broke the news that the channel was testing in a surprise move.

NDTV Imagine is NDTV Network's first general entertainment channel, which launched in India last month. The channel has been performing well with record launch ratings.

NDTV already has its news channel broadcasting on the Sky platform.

A channel number for NDTV Imagine is yet to be confirmed - as always keep it with BizAsia.co.uk for the very latest on the channel's UK launch.

To watch NDTV Imagine during its testing phase follow the steps below:

-> Using your Sky Digi remote, go to Services Menu
-> System Setup (4)
-> Add Channels (4)
-> Enter the frequency: 11.342 (V), FEC 2/3, Symbol Rate 27500
-> Find Channels and Press SELECT
-> Highlight "55209" service and press Yellow button.
-> Return to Services Menu
-> Other Channels (6) on STB / (8) on Sky+
-> "55209" should be listed and available
