Channel Punjab bags another business award

The Birmingham based Channel Punjab was awarded the International Trade Award by the Institute of Asian Business at a prestigious awards dinner held on Saturday 3rd November at the International Convention Centre Birmingham. The second such award since September.

The Award which was received on behalf of the company by it’s President Ranjit Singh Derewal recognises outstanding achievement in international trade.

Ranjit was delighted to receive the award and said, " am over the moon to have received such a coveted award as this and thank the judges for choosing us against other excellent nominees. The Channel recognises that to trade and become truly more international you have to look beyond UK boundaries and this is what we are doing as a company to bring Channel Punjab to the people of Europe and the world."

The Channel is proud in that it promotes integration between the communities and the faiths of all ethnic minorities throughout the UK and Europe through it’s unique and innovative programme content as well as it’s staff here in the UK.
