B4U to sponsor London Mayor's Diwali event

Diwali On The Square this monthB4U Network has confirmed to BizAsia.co.uk that it will once again sponsor the Mayor of London’s spectacular annual Diwali event.

It's the third consecutive year that B4U will be the media sponsor of Diwali On The Square, as it’s known. To celebrate the occasion a special festive song has been commissioned by B4U Network.

The song with original lyrics will be composed and sung by Karunia of 'Indian Idol' fame and will be shown exclusively on B4U Music on Wednesday 24th October.

The annual celebration at Trafalgar Square will start at midday with traditional Indian Garba folk followed by Sikh marital art display by Academy of Sikh Heritage. There will also some firework displays and floating lanterns.

"This is a hatrick for B4U and something we are very proud of since Diwali On The Square is one of the most prestigious events in London. At B4U Network, we strive hard to entertain our viewers and the event at Trafalgar Square is an extension of that," stated Sunil Rohra, CEO of the B4U Network.

More than 20,000 people are expected to attend the event which will be filmed and screened on B4U Music on the auspicious day of Diwali.
