Sahara One's reality show 'Biggest Loser' came to an end over the weekend, with Sandeep Sachdev being announced as the winner.

During the five-month run of the programme, 25 year old Sachdev lost 50.7kgs (from 124.9kgs to 74.2kgs). His cash prize is worth Rs 50.7 lakh and furthermore host of the programme Suneil Shetty has vowed to stick by Sachdev and use him as the male lead in his forthcoming movie.

Natasha Grover finished in second place while Hiren Bhawsar came in third. Other eliminated contestants were also rewarded with Rs. 10,000 for each kg lost.
